These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SkillSync Email (the "Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

The Service lets you create, list, update, and delete Gmail drafts through an MCP client using the Gmail API. The Service does not send emails on your behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the authority to use the Google account you connect to the Service.

Access and Limits

The Service is offered on an invite-only or limited basis. We may accept or decline users, enforce usage limits, and suspend or terminate access at any time.

Authorization and Access

• You authorize the Service to access Gmail using the gmail.compose scope.
• You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts and devices you use.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requested.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and Google policies.
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide to the Service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to send spam, unlawful content, or abusive material.
• Do not attempt to access another user's Gmail data or bypass security measures.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services such as Google APIs and your MCP client. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

Data Handling

We do not store or log email bodies. Draft content passes through the Service only to create or update drafts in Gmail, and we do not access your inbox or send emails. OAuth tokens are stored in memory or Redis to authenticate requests and are removed when they expire, are revoked, or during routine cleanup. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Beta Service

The Service may be offered as a beta. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee uptime or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service and its software. You retain ownership of your content and drafts.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
